Who Does Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy Help?
At Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy, Sara Richardson and her team specialize in helping active people overcome injuries, improve mobility, and continue doing the things they love.
As an athletic trainer, Sara’s approach is centered around movement, performance, recovery, and helping people stay active long term. Many of the people who come to Myo-Fit are frustrated because they have already tried several different solutions before finding us. Some have gone to massage therapy, chiropractic care, traditional
physical therapy, injections, or tried to manage things on their own with rest, stretching, or online advice. While some of those approaches may have helped temporarily, they often still feel like they never fully addressed the root cause of the issue.
That is where Myo-Fit is different.
We work with people who want a personalized, hands on approach focused on understanding why something hurts and what it truly takes to get them back to moving confidently again.
Our clients include:
- CrossFit athletes, runners, cyclists, and lifters
- Active adults who want to stay strong and mobile
- Parents who want to keep up with their kids without discomfort
- Busy professionals struggling with pain during work or long hours sitting
- Individuals recovering from injuries who want to avoid surgery when possible
- People dealing with recurring aches, stiffness, or mobility limitations that continue to come back
At Myo-Fit, we understand that pain affects far more than just one body part. It impacts your mood, confidence, work, sleep, hobbies, and overall quality of life. When you cannot lift, run, sit comfortably, work overhead, or even pick up your children without discomfort, it begins to affect every area of your day.
That is why Sara and the Myo-Fit team focus heavily on detailed evaluations and hands on athletic training techniques designed to help people recover naturally and move better long term.
Using approaches such as manual therapy, dry needling, mobility work, soft tissue treatment, cupping, individualized exercise programming, and strength based recovery strategies, the goal is always the same: helping people return to the activities that matter most to them.
Whether that means getting back to CrossFit, competing in Olympic lifting, working without discomfort, or simply enjoying everyday life again, Myo-Fit is passionate about helping active people stay active.
What Makes Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy Different?
At Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy, one of the biggest differences is that you are working with athletic trainers, not a traditional rehab model.
Sara Richardson built Myo-Fit around the same principles athletic trainers use to help athletes stay active, recover efficiently, and continue performing at a high level. Traditionally, athletic trainers work behind the scenes with sports teams and active individuals to keep people on the field and doing what they love. Myo-Fit brings that same hands on, movement-focused approach to everyday
active people.
Another thing that makes Myo-Fit unique is the personalized one-on-one care.
Every appointment is spent directly with your athletic trainer, giving you undivided attention and a treatment plan that can adapt based on what your body needs that day. Instead of a one size fits all approach, care is customized around your goals, your activities, and your lifestyle.
The Myo-Fit team also focuses heavily on hands-on manual therapy and movement-based recovery. While exercises and strengthening are important, the goal during your sessions is to provide the treatments and guidance you cannot easily do on your own, including soft tissue work, dry needling, mobility techniques, muscle activation, taping, and recovery strategies.
Perhaps most importantly, Myo-Fit helps people figure out how to keep living their lives while recovering.
Instead of simply telling you to stop doing what you love, the team works to help you modify, adapt, and continue moving safely whenever possible, whether that means training, working, parenting, competing, or staying active in everyday life.
