Meet The clinic Founder
Sara Richardson
Who Is Sara Richardson, Founder of Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy?
Sara Richardson was born and raised in Indiana and has spent her entire adult life in Indianapolis. Over the years, she has built both her life and career around one thing she deeply values: helping people stay active and continue doing the things they love.
Movement has always been a huge part of Sara’s life. Outside the clinic, you will often find her cycling, lifting weights, doing CrossFit, hiking, swimming, or spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters. She also loves gardening, whether that means growing vegetables or working in her flower beds.
For Sara, being active is not just a hobby. It is a way of life.
That personal passion for movement is what shapes the way she cares for the people who walk through the doors at Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy.

How Myo-Fit Was Born
While in graduate school, Sara became heavily involved in CrossFit and the fitness community. During that time, she noticed something important.
Many active people were dealing with old injuries, mobility limitations, and recurring discomfort, but they did not have someone in their corner who truly understood their goals.
They wanted more than temporary fixes.
They wanted someone who could help them stay active long term.
That realization inspired Sara to create Myo-Fit in 2014.Â
From the very beginning, the mission was simple: help active people continue living active lives.Â
Keeping People Active For Life
Today, Myo-Fit continues to help people recover from injuries, improve mobility, and stay connected to the activities they love most.
One of the things that makes Sara and her team different is that they genuinely live the lifestyle of the people they serve. They understand the challenges of training, staying active, working through injuries, and balancing health with everyday life because they experience it themselves.
At the heart of everything Sara does is one clear goal:
To help people keep moving, keep living actively, and keep doing the things that make them feel like themselves.
