Looking for Neck Pain Treatment In Indiana or Fargo?
For some people, neck pain develops from stiffness and limited mobility. For others, it may be connected to muscle tension, poor posture, movement imbalances, or irritation involving the shoulders and upper back. Because the neck works closely with the rest of the body, discomfort is not always isolated to one specific area.

What Is Our Approach To Fixing / Treating Back Pain?
At Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy, we focus on uncovering why your neck pain is happening and identifying the movement patterns, muscle imbalances, or tissue restrictions contributing to it.
Our athletic trainers evaluate not only the neck itself, but also the shoulders, upper back, posture, and surrounding muscles that may be influencing how your neck moves and functions.
Once we understand what is contributing to your symptoms, we guide treatment using our three-phase approach:
1. Soften
The first step is reducing irritation, tension, and restriction within the tissues surrounding the neck and upper body.
To help accomplish this, we may use:
- Dry needling
- Cupping
- Scraping and soft tissue treatment
- Hands-on manual therapy techniques
The goal is to improve tissue quality, increase circulation, and help calm down inflamed or overworked areas.
2. Lengthen
Once tension begins to decrease, we work on restoring mobility and flexibility in the areas that have become tight or restricted.
This phase may include mobility work, stretching, and movement-focused techniques designed to improve how the neck, shoulders, and upper back move together.
3. Strengthen
The final phase focuses on correcting imbalances and improving strength and stability to better support posture and movement long term.
We introduce exercises designed to improve muscle activation, support healthy posture, and help your neck move more comfortably and efficiently throughout daily activities.
